The offer of M/s Bob-Art is directed to State and Voluntary Fire Brigade establishments as well to private idividuals engaged in distribution of firefighting equipment.


ORDERS
Orders should be submitted in written form by post or fax. Kindly give all the assential data (particularly name of purchaser along with taxpayer identification numer /NIP/on the order/. In case of sale by consignment, kindly authorise our firm to issue VAT invoice without customer"s signature.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
The following forms of payment are acceptable:
- cash,
- bank transfer on the basis of pro forma invoice made before collection of goods,
- bank transfer after receipt of goods in case of regular cooperation.

GUARANTEE
Rob-Art provides guarantee on goods sold amounting to 12 months the date of sale. Any product damage revealed will be eliminated within 14 days from the date of return of damage item to the firm"s office in Wrocław. Return of product should be agreed in advance with sales departament staff. Elimination of defect is understood booth as repair as well as replacement of product with a new one. The period of guarantee undergoes extention by the period of repair. Mode of rapair is specified by the guarantor. Guarantee service does not cover: defects arising throigh improper use mechanical damage.
